Red Tour Asia: Taylor Swift Live in Manila 2014 (Mall of Asia Arena)

Oh dear, have you ever been a fan of some artist that’s internationally famous and couldn't be in one place for a day? Isn't it hard to catch and meet the artist of your dream knowing that you’re just a Nobody? Have you tried just staring and listening on any albums or movies that artist was in because its an impossible thing to bond on them? Me? I tried to reached my favorite artist locally and internationally then so far, I'd got a little responses on the locals but so sad that I doesn't got any on the internationals though it’s okay because I so very much understand how busy international artists were. I’m solved whenever I watched their movies and listened on their albums, for meeting them was an impossible event of my life.

Last two months, I was informed by my co-worker Ms. Joann that one of my favorite singer who's Taylor Swift will be having a concert here in my lovely country though, knowing that it will be in Manila was already a sad thing. I’m staying in Cebu and going to Manila would be very much impossible, knowing that the ticket cost and flying there will be very expensive. Though that doesn't sadden me much because I happen to found out that there were several contests in which I could join to win a ticket on Taylor Swift’s RED TOUR in the Philippines. Some of it were sponsored by PhilCharts (PhilCharts offers the latest & up to the minute updates in local & international music scene in the Philippines), Selecta Cornetto ( Selecta Cornetto offers an ice cream that's well-known for its creaminess, authentic flavors, and unique gold can packaging), Music Management International (Music Management International an event coordination company that specializes in producing large scale concert events and tours), DreamGiver (DreamGiver is a free internet service that lets you collect points by participating in several activities on their website), Keds (Keds  is a global lifestyle brand), Spinnr PH (SpinnrPH is the Philippines' FIRST music streaming service), Smart Communications (Smart Communications is a wholly owned mobile phone and Internet service subsidiary of the PLDT), AEG Live (AEG Live is one of the leading sports and entertainment presenters in the world), Air Asia Philippines (Air Asia Philippines is a low-cost airline based at Clark International Airport in Angeles City, Pampanga in the Philippines), Toyota (Toyota was one of the largest automobile manufacturer in the Philippines) and etc. But joining the above doesn't guarantee me that I will be able to attend Taylor’s Concert so while waiting if I’ll be bless of winning a ticket I write this blog post for at least making myself a little bit happy about the RED Tour Concert whenever I won’t be able to win a ticket.

We learn to live with the pain, Mosaic broken hearts, But this love is brave and wild... - STATE OF GRACE
This hope is Treacherous; This day dream is dangerous... - TREACHEROUS
And he's long gone, When he's next to me, And I realize the blame is on me... - I KNEW YOU WERE TROUBLE
And I know it's long gone, and that magic´s not here no more, And it might be okay, but I'm not fine at all... - ALL TOO WELL
We're happy free confused and lonely at the same time, It's miserable and magical... - 22
And I hope sometimes you wonder about me... - I ALMOST DO
And you, would hide away and find your piece of mind... - WE ARE NEVER EVER GETTING BACK TOGETHER
This morning I said we should talk about it, Cause I read you should never leave a fight unresolved... - STAY STAY STAY
This is the last time I’m asking you why, You break my heart in the blink of an eye...  - THE LAST TIME
I was reminiscing just the other day, While having coffee all alone and Lord, it took me away... - HOLY GROUND
We had a beautiful magic love there, What a sad beautiful tragic love affair... - SAD BEAUTIFUL TRAGIC
New to town with a made up name in the angel city, Chasing fortune and fame... - THE LUCKY ONE
Come back and tell me why, I'm feeling like I've missed you all this time... - EVERYTHING HAS CHANGED
You'll spend your whole life singing the blues if you keep thinking that way... - STARLIGHT
Thinking all love ever does, Is break and burn and end... - BEGIN AGAIN

Styled my Mom with M&S

Hi there readers, I wonder if almost all of you remember what event will be happening this coming May 11, 2014 – a very special day. I so happened to bumped on a quote that says:
“Some of us have our mothers as our fashion inspiration. Some of us have a completely different fashion sense. So if you can style the most important woman in your life, what would her style be” Nuffie Monika

It allows me to remember again that Mother’s Day is fast approaching and it touches me a lot because maybe not all but at least more people will get to remember that special day upon reading those lines. A day that should be celebrated and made special because it honors a very special person that allowed us to lived and saw how beautiful, wonderful and awesome this world was. Teaches us how to be stronger and better upon facing the challenges that life have given us. Guided and guarded us on our journey upon obtaining our goals in life. And most especially, leading us the way where GOD needs us to be.

I was planning a unique surprise for my Mama this coming May 11, 2014 in return for that effort, in which I knew she’s not asking, as for what she always teaches us, “Aim to be the giver, not the receiver; Return the kind acts showed to you, don’t just took it for granted“. Something just popped out in my head and of course with the help and idea of Nuffie Monika together with @MarksSpencerPH, I know for the fact that whatever activities each of us doing today will let us forget that special day and for me to help each of you be reminded, and me too, I decided to write this blog post for my dearest Mama and let everyone also remembers that Mother’s Day is coming.

Isn’t it challenging to style our mother in the way we did to ourselves? For me, it was very much challenging because in the first place my mother was the one who teaches and criticizes my fashion sense. She did know what looks and style would be better for me, very well. Now for accepting the challenge, I did grab some @MarksSpencerPH products to style and fashion her up then I came up with this three cute and sassy looks. First is having her upper to be a light colored blouse with blue edges while the lower be plain or with design skirt and having a stylish bag that complements her look. I was inspired to match those products because ¾ blouses and pencil skirts do a magic on her looks and it made her looks very reliable for she works as a “Barangay Lupon”. The second is having her a whole dress with a cute pouch for she looks so elegant wearing it and it gives her a look that my father cannot resist but to bring her on a date this coming Mother’s Day ;-). Third and last, since it’s still dry season here in the Philippines, I’ve decided to include an outfit that my Mama will looks so cute and sassy. The lose blouse partnered with a tribal printed skirt will surely made my mother looks so young and lovely especially for the eyes of my father ;-). I know I’m not that good in styling and in fashion field but for the things I’d experimented below for my mother, well, for me it looks so lovely.

How about you, readers? How will you style your Mom when you have a chance? Comment your fashion styling now and together let’s celebrate Mother’s Day with a great BOOM… ^_~

Definitely Japan. Definitely Kojie.san

Definitely Japan. Definitely Kojie.san
Have you ever tried something that will surely assure you the result of what you were hoping to achieve. Whew, that line sounds so hard to believe but come to think of it, how would you be able to achieve on something when you will not try, how will you move forward if you will continue to doubt, how will you gain the contents of your dreams if you will not risk doing and how will you be able to achieve the glowing soft skin you dreamed of if you will not try to use Kojie.san soap.

HhhMmm… Every one of us needs to be assures how safe and helpful something we will be using especially when it comes to our skin care because as each of us knew that skin is the biggest part of our body and we can’t do anything to hide it to the public. As for those in mind, it is very much important for us to only use the original kojic acid soap to make our skin glowingly soft and safe from harm. Yes, I know imitators were very much attacking the market to browse and check what to imitate and what were mostly bought by the public. Please always keep in mind how to deal with imitations because an original is worth more than a copy just like Kojie.san. If you may not know, Kojie.san is the first kojic acid soap to be commercially available in the Philippine market. And add up the fact that Kojie.san has a micro peeling effect, which makes it a potent whitening product and does not contain any harmful chemicals for it contains antioxidants and 100% all natural ingredients.

Definitely Japan. Definitely Kojie.san

If you still have doubts then I’ll give you a couple of situations that might help you decide. First, do you know that feeling, when you just bumped with someone you got admired with then you happen to checked how oily and exhausted you were for the long day of doing some stressful activities? How could you smile and approach him/her if you’re too shy of doing, for you wouldn’t have the confidence because of your oily and stressed face. Well, Kojie.san surely got a solution that solves your simple wish, which were having that glowing and soft skin that might slightly attracts your inspiration. And here it goes the other scene; do you also experience sometimes where you have some money but lend it just for the soap you’re buying because it’s as expensive as your meals? You’ll be broke if you force to buy such expensive beauty soap as your salary wouldn’t make it. HhhMmm, no worries for that anymore for Kojie.san just offered you something that you will not realize in an instant that you’re saving your money already. You can buy your meals and beauty soap which is Kojie.san without worrying that you’ll be spending much money. Kojie.san has this ability of making itself cover a very huge part of your body even though you just apply a very small part of it. You will surely saves a lot of money because of Kojie.san.

Now, for those scenarios above, will you still doubt to buy such a beauty soap that’s mostly answers your wishes? And to add up, I recommend Kojie.san because it’s the only original kojic acid soap that offers the “Beauty” and “Budget” in one, superB and B. So what are you waiting for, have some time purchasing Kojie.san and see for yourself how beauty slowly grows in you.

You can buy Kojie.san in your preferred supermarket or you may easily drop by on some stalls inside a mall where you and your barkadas go and have some chilling. For more inquiries, details and updates about Kojie.san you may check the links below:

Rhecel Joins "Solidarity in Action" | Christian Life Movement Philippines

I always love the happiness that runs inside my veins every time I'll help the people who is in need. The very character that I love about being a person who is near with GOD is the fact of being generous by heart. As what the message of "Solidarity in Action" entails --- Our Heavenly Father teaches us to be generous at all times...

Herman and Esperanza's way of being GOD's children.

It's always been great celebrating Birthdays on a hotel, in the garden, at the beach or how about in the restaurant...!!! But it would be BEST celebrating it together with your FAMILY and giving some lessons and treating young individuals who might as well needs some love and care, as what Kuya Herman and Ate Esperanza showed on July 7, 2012 which was Kuya Herman's birthday...

When we recognize GOD's abilities, we can be confident that GOD knows what we need and that he will take care of us. Some people trust in chance, in their intellect or in their own abilities and in their savings. But for the people living for GOD, our confidence depends on what we know about GOD and His abilities.

It is always been a great feeling on supporting GOD's doing or might as well follow it for a much better outcome. Sometimes it can be difficult to navigate the difference between when we should be working and when we should be waiting on GOD. I think it's kind of an art. It is often a judgment call, based on wisdom and experience. But as you practice following GOD, I think you begin to recognize that when you run up against things beyond your control, then it's time to relax and wait for GOD to do His thing. TRUST GOD, NOT YOUR CIRCUMSTANCES...!!!

Here are some heart-warming shots I've got on Kuya Herman's Birthday Celebration/"Solidarity in Action"

"Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness, For they shall be filled."-(Matthew 5:6)

"Blessed are the merciful, For they shall obtain mercy."-(Matthew 5:7)

"Preserve me, O GOD, for in you I put my trust."-(Psalm 16:1)

"Abide in Me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself unless it abides in the vine, neither can you unless you abide in Me."-(John 15:4)

May the spirit of true generosity be in each of our hearts and dwell in there, always... ^_^

OSLOB "Place of Natural Indulgence"

Have you ever been in a town that showcases historic and scenic views that will allow you to collect so many memories when you left. It might take more or less 3 hours to arrived at the place but everything that you will be experiencing is so worthwhile.

Carry your backpacks and join me as I take you a tour on the "Place of Natural Indulgence: OSLOB".
Oslob is formerly known as "Nigad"The word “Oslob” originated due to the misunderstandings between a native couple who's named are "Umpang" and "Burong", and the two civil guards(guardia civils) in the year 1785. The story goes when the said couple were taking a rest under a tree and eating a boiled bananas while soaking it in a vinegar and salt. Two Civil guards pass by and asked the couple; “Como se llama esto pueblo?”(What is the name of this town?). The couple not understanding what the civil guards were saying and thinking that they were asked what they were doing. And since at that time, the couple were soaking the bananas they replied Toslob”, which means “Soak or to dip”. And later on, the name was shortened to "Oslob".

Spanish Cuartel

There's no historical landmark has been installed and there's no document about its history has been retrieved but I’ve found out that it was built by El Gran Maestro Don Marcus Sabandal to serve as barracks for the Spanish armies. It is also believed that it served as the first line of defense for the naval infantry due to the town’s strategic location however, its construction was put on hold when the Americans arrived in 1899.&nbspThe Spanish Cuartel, a double rows of arches and 91 centimeter-thick walls of coral stones is said that the stones used for its construction came from the remnants of the collapsed floor of the once five-level bell tower of the nearby church of Nuestra Señora de la Immaculada Concepcion.

Nuestra Señora de la Immaculada Concepcion

Fronting the coast of Oslob is the massive church of Immaculate Concepcion. Constructed on May 4, 1830, that was designed by Bishop Santos Gomez Marañon. He is the same prelate who had built the kiosk of Magellan’s Cross in Cebu City that holds another historic story. However, the construction of the current structure is attributed to Fray Julian Bermejo, the warrior-priest who organized a military defense system composed of "Bantay sa Hari"/watchtowers and fortress churches in the southern coastal region of Cebu. Unfortunately, the church together with its centuries-old rectory is undergoing major reconstruction after both structures were razed by an 8-hour fire in 2008. December  8 is the Feast of the Immaculate Concepcion, the patroness of Oslob.

Oslob Belfry

Flanking on the left side of the main church is its four-storey massive belfry. Natives said that the belfry used to be five-levels high however the topmost floor was destroyed by a typhoon and was never rebuilt then another story is said that the belfry is a seven-storey high with 10 bells which have collapsed in 1871. I'm confused though the belfry is so scenic that you can't help yourself but locked your eyes into it.

Baluarte

Constructed on 1788 to act as defense front line of the complex against the moors that enjoyed invading the pueblos along the coast is called "Paril/Baluarte". The thick antique coral stonewalls are topped by a series of inverted cone shaped stones, this unique feature completes the medieval fortress. Attributed by Fray Bermejo, one can only imagine how it looked like from the ruins, the rear portion of the massive wall, gun-slits and the small entrance.

Calle Aragones

The oldest street in Oslob is built on 1879 that is called "Calle Aragones", was named after Parish PriestFr. Jose Aragones during the Spanish Era. Walking along in the old street you will then realized that you're following the main processional route way back that connects the church complex with that of the cemetery. The panteon is the focal point of the cemetery complex. According to tradition, the site is where the Spanish priests performed their penitential rituals every 8 in the evening over a platform that once stood at the center.

Tumalog Falls

Another a-must-see and recently discovered place in Oslob is the raw beauty of Tumalog Falls. Also known as “Toslob Falls” or “Mag-Ambak Falls”. The falls have mini-umbrellas that cascade fine strands of cold, fresh water in a rain-like fashion. To get there, you first have to drive a car or rent a "habal-habal" for 15 minutes to the highlands of Oslob and hike for another 15 minutes to discover the falls in which the way down was very steep. There's a natural mini-pool that welcomes you as you enter the area and a century-old trees that provides a mini Jurassic era ambiance. Everyone's might be jaw dropped upon seeing the humbled by the natural beauty of the falls. This immaculate nature attraction is truly breath-taking.

Whale Shark and White Sand Beaches
Oslob is rich of beaches where white sands resides together with a very awesome view of the horizon from the shoreline or wherever your eyes gets you. The very quite sea hides a very big secret that natures offer, "Whale Sharks". You may have four options to experience the humble giants' company.
       • Scuba dive from a  shore entry, it is just a shallow dive in about less than 5 meter but always note that there might be a strong currents along the coast.
       • Snorkel along the sea with your own gear or you might as well rent for there are also available gears from the beach owner.
       • Take a ride on a small fishermen’s boat wherein usually only room for one visitor per boat within 40 minutes.
       • Hire an outrigger boat but the things is, there are restrictions on how close you can get to the whale sharks.

You may check out their Official Website: oslob.gov.ph to collect some information on how things are going and how to get there, fell free to interact. You might as well check on the video below to boast your interest on the place.

Here are some pictures that might interest you to visit at Oslob,"Place of Natural Indulgence".
The beauty of nature do hugs your eyes  the moment you arrive at the place, Oslob.
Solemnity strikes as you pave yourself on the park that offers the view of the horizon.
The holy ground of Nuestra Señora de la Immaculada Concepcion Parish let's you contemplate deeply.

"So what are you waiting for my dear beautiful ladies and handsome guys out there. Experience the humble offer as our Mother Nature showcases OSLOB, Place of Natural Indulgence." ^_^
